ONSITE TRAINING FAQs

Are you interested in onsite training for your employees, staff, students, or other group?  Below you will find a few of our frequently asked questions regarding onsite training. Please call, email or request a quote using the form below for exact pricing and dates/times available for your onsite class.

Q: How many people are needed for CPR Training on Wheels to train at my location?

A: The minimum amount for onsite training is 6 people - max is 12.

We do train below the minimum with a flat rate of the pricing for 6.

​

Q: What type of onsite classes do CPR Training on Wheels offer, and how much are they?

A: BLS for healthcare providers, CPR/AED, CPR/AED/First Aid & First Aid alone.  Prices are the same as live classes, plus a mileage fee.  Mileage fees are per class, not student. *Mileage Fee waived for class sizes of 8 or more.  There are no extra fees for businesses, groups or individuals living in the Mesquite, NV.  Fill out the request a quote form below for more information.

Q: When can CPR Training on Wheels train at my location:

A:  ANYTIME IS A GOOD TIME! 

We will work with you and your staff to find a training time that is right for you!!

Q: How old does my child need to be in order to be a part of an onsite class?

A: As long as the child can practice the skills efficiently, listen intently, participate, sit patiently for the duration of the class, and complete the test alone (if required), they are welcome! 12+ is recommended.

Q: I have 6 (max - 12) people interested, but I don’t have a location to train. Are there any options for me?

A: Yes! Depending on our regularly scheduled classes, we can hold your class in our meeting room for no extra charge!

Do you need to certify everyone at your place of business...but scheduling is an issue? 

 

Another option that we have is to do the ONLINE/BLENDED Course!  This option gives your employees the freedom to complete the online didactic at their own pace, before/after work or down time.  Once everyone has completed the didactic, we will come out to you and complete a one (1) hour HANDS-ON skills assessment.  This option is promoted by and meets the American Heart Association guidelines.  You will receive an American Heart Association Certification Card, just as you would have, if you had taken the LIVE COURSE.

Terms & Conditions for All Class Platforms:

*Cancellations: We request that you cancel at least 2 business days before your scheduled class. You may cancel by phone by calling (702)-703-4990. 

*Payment for LIVE CLASS is due on or before the start of the class. 

*Payment for ONLINE/BLENDED course is due BEFORE the code for the online content can be sent to you. 

*Payment for the ONSITE CLASS is due on or before due date to avoid a $20 late fee. 

*Advanced Payments/Refunds: Advanced payments are accepted. Cancellations made 2 business days or more in advance of the scheduled class date, will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made within 2 business days of the scheduled class date will incur a $10 FEE for the LIVE CLASS & a $40 fee for the ONSITE CLASS. No refunds will be given after classes have taken place.  Invoices/Receipts are available upon request.
